These Terms of Service apply to your use of www.melina.com.pk (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from Melina Pakistan ("Melina", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

The Site is operated by Melina Pakistan, F 66/92, S.I.T.E. Area, Karachi 78500, Pakistan. You can reach us at 0315-9078692 or roohaniat1982@gmail.com.

2. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you place an order or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure. You must not try to disrupt the Site, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send spam or harmful code.

3. Products and prices

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours, packaging and label designs may vary slightly. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices, offers and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and let you know.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm or dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the address cannot be served, the order cannot be confirmed by phone, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, we will refund that payment.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank deposit/transfer, as shown at checkout. For bank transfers, orders are dispatched once payment is received and confirmed.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, and delays caused by couriers or events outside our control do not entitle you to cancel an order that has already been dispatched.

7. Returns and refunds

Because our products are food and beverage items, all sales are final except where an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Please read our Refund Policy.

8. Product use

Please read each product label for ingredients, allergen information, storage instructions and shelf life before use. Our recipes and guides are general suggestions, as explained in our Disclaimer.

9. Reviews and content you submit

If you post a review or other content on the Site, it must be honest, lawful and your own. You allow us to display and use that content in connection with the Site and our brand. We may remove content that is misleading, offensive or unrelated.

10. Intellectual property

The Melina® name, logo, product designs, photos, articles and recipes on the Site belong to Melina Pakistan or its licensors. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Third-party links and advertising

The Site may contain links to other websites and advertisements served by third parties such as Google. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Melina is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
