Shipping policy

Melina Pakistan ships orders from our warehouse in S.I.T.E. Area, Karachi to customers across Pakistan.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 2–4 working days after the order is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day. Remote areas, bad weather or courier delays can occasionally add a few days. When your order is dispatched we will share courier tracking details where available.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the size and weight of your order, and you will always see the exact charge before you pay. Our current domestic rates start from Rs. 199 for a small order, with higher rates for heavier parcels (2 kg, 3 kg) and for multi-bottle orders (for example Rs. 550 for 4 bottles, up to Rs. 1,000 for 9 or more bottles).

Payment options

Cash on Delivery (COD): pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives.
Bank deposit / transfer: your order is dispatched once payment is confirmed.

Order confirmation

For COD orders our team may call you on the phone number you provided to confirm your order and address before dispatch. Please make sure your phone number and full address, including area and landmark, are correct.

Bulk and business orders

Delivery times and charges for large café, restaurant or wholesale orders may differ. Please contact us for a quote.

International orders

International shipping is available to selected countries at the rate shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination. Any customs duties, taxes or import restrictions in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. See our Refund Policy for details.
